This page explains how to delete your Luxtra account and associated personal data. Luxtra is operated by StudioV AI LLC (d/b/a Luxtra), 1940 Broadway, Suite 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, USA.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Luxtra → Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm by typing DELETE.
Your account and in-app data are deleted right away and you're signed out. This permanently erases your chart, journal, relationships, readings, and subscription record.
Option 2 — Without the app (web request)
Email privacy@luxtra.app from the address on your account, subject "Delete my account" (or use the request form at luxtra.app/delete-account once published) for formal data-erasure requests. For general help you can also reach us at support@luxtra.app. We verify it's you and complete deletion within 30 days.
What happens when you delete
- Your account, birth details and charts, journals, goals, life events, relationships, chat and voice history, and uploaded photos are deleted from Luxtra immediately.
- We then send deletion/erasure requests to our service providers — RevenueCat (your customer record), and our analytics/error-monitoring providers (PostHog, Sentry) — and retry until complete if a provider is temporarily unavailable.
- If you signed in with Apple, we revoke Luxtra's "Sign in with Apple" authorization.
What we may retain (and why)
We may keep limited records required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes — e.g., that a transaction occurred (without the personal content) — for the period the law requires. These are not used to identify or market to you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Also cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings (or, for web purchases, at luxtra.app/account) to stop billing.
